Ham and Fruit Skillet

Skillet dinner ready in just 10 minutes! Peach and cinnamon add zest to this browned ham meal.

Ingredients

fully cooked ham slice (1/2 lb)

container (4 oz) refrigerated diced peaches, drained

tablespoons packed brown sugar
Dash ground cinnamon
1 1/2
teaspoons butter or margarine, cut into small pieces
  • 1 In 8-inch nonstick skillet, brown ham on 1 side over medium heat.
  • 2 Turn ham; top with peaches. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon; dot with butter.
  • 3 Cover; cook over medium heat about 2 minutes or until brown sugar and butter are melted and ham is browned.
