fully cooked ham slice (1/2 lb)

container (4 oz) refrigerated diced peaches, drained

tablespoons packed brown sugar
Dash ground cinnamon
1 1/2
teaspoons butter or margarine, cut into small pieces

  • 1 In 8-inch nonstick skillet, brown ham on 1 side over medium heat.
  • 2 Turn ham; top with peaches. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon; dot with butter.
  • 3 Cover; cook over medium heat about 2 minutes or until brown sugar and butter are melted and ham is browned.

This recipe is great! Takes no time and it is easy to fix. Wonderful for just two people. The taste is out of this world!

This was a real nice change for dinner. I loved how easy it was to prepare and it tasted great.

This was fabulous! It was perfect because it took less than 10 minutes to make, yet I would definately serve it for company. You could also substitute apples, pears, or pineapple for the peaches. Even my husband, who is incredibly picky said that it was one of the better dinners that I''ve made. I could see some people being turned off by the fruit over the ham (as my husand was at first), but that''s their problem. Get them to take a bite, and it will change their tune!
