Ingredients

  • 1 fully cooked ham slice (1/2 lb)
  • 1 container (4 oz) refrigerated diced peaches, drained
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • Dash ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons butter or margarine, cut into small pieces

Steps

    In 8-inch nonstick skillet, brown ham on 1 side over medium heat.
  • 2
    Turn ham; top with peaches. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon; dot with butter.
  • 3
    Cover; cook over medium heat about 2 minutes or until brown sugar and butter are melted and ham is browned.

    If you'd rather, use 2 smoked pork chops instead of the ham slice. Cooking time will be about the same.
