This is a good recipe and has a great presentation. The problem is that the egg seeps out of the biscuit. I thought the amount of eggs was too little but it still spilled over. I added the ham first, then the peppers and tomatoes and pushed them into the crust. Then I topped with the eggs, basil and cheese last. I used less Italian seasoning than called for. A stronger cheese would add more flavor. Perfectly done after 14 minutes. One servings was skimpy for my husband. I should have served it with fruit.
