Good. We added two more eggs. Next time we are also going to add bacon. Took an extra 5 minutes to bake.

We don't care for peppers so I substituted with onion. So simple and delicious.

I fried sausage, diced green peppers, & diced onions together until sausage was done. Drained well, and then followed recipe. Wonderful!

This was amazingly simple, and it was done in 20. My kids and husband loved it. I will be adding this to my book of recipes.

Very Simple quick breakfast and flavors are fantastic.
Does take longer than 15-20 minutes to bake however plan for at least 30.

I microwave the peppers a little before I add them to reduce the moisture they add to the casserole so it cooks more firmly. I have made this with bacon bits, turkey ham, little smokies cut into pieces, and cooked sausage bits. Any breakfast meat will work as long as it is pre-cooked. (There are now turkey little smokies which are quite good. I have a friend who's allergic to pork, so I look for non-pork products to take to church functions.) I also add a little black pepper and a little parsley to the egg mixture.

Easy and delicious! I omitted the pepper and added some roasted garlic seasoning.
