can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® Crescent Recipe Creations® refrigerated seamless dough sheet

cup diced cooked ham
1/4
cup chopped red bell pepper

cup shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend (4 oz)

Directions

  • 1 Separate or cut dough into 2 long rectangles. Press rectangles in bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of ungreased 12x8-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish (if using crescent rolls, press perforations to seal).
  • 2 In bowl, beat eggs; pour into dough-lined pan. Top with ham, bell pepper and cheese.
  • 3 Bake at 375°F 15 to 20 minutes.

Good. We added two more eggs. Next time we are also going to add bacon. Took an extra 5 minutes to bake.

We don't care for peppers so I substituted with onion. So simple and delicious.

I fried sausage, diced green peppers, & diced onions together until sausage was done. Drained well, and then followed recipe. Wonderful!

This was amazingly simple, and it was done in 20. My kids and husband loved it. I will be adding this to my book of recipes.

Very Simple quick breakfast and flavors are fantastic. Does take longer than 15-20 minutes to bake however plan for at least 30.
