My son made this recipe and substituted Ranch dressing for sour cream. It was very good! We will be making this again and keeping the change.

This is a great, easy comfort food type dish. Can use a main course with the addition of fruit and a veggie or as a potato side with any kind of meat.

I would bake this longer next time so that it was bubbly clear across the dish. I would also use sharp cheddar cheese for more cheese flavor. However, this is a keeper and will make again with the adjustments.
