Sometimes I make these for my husband and he's co-workers cause they're fast, easy, and they taste great! But I use pepper-jack cheese and turkey.

Definitely a quick, go-to meal! I used the Pillsbury sheet instead of the crescents and folded the edges towards the middle making one large "sandwich" to cut into servings. Easy, peasy!!

I used the ham but made three different kinds. One with diced red peppers and onions with american cheese (yellow) spinach, and one with shredded cheese! They came out really great!
