I made this for part of our Christmas morning breakfast & it turned out wonderful. I did add 1 extra egg, extra cheese and ham and baked it about 7-8 minutes longer. Will definately make again.

I have made this recipe for years. It's always a hit. Sometimes I use goat cheese instead of swiss and that also gets rave reviews. It's easy to make and perfect to warm up a slice for breakfast if you have left overs. I actually make 10 of these for a Baptismal brunch the day before and warmed up in oven the next morning. Wonderful!

This was so easy to make. My family loved it, even though I forgot to add the milk. I did two of them though, and the second one I did had milk and didn't have broccoli, and they liked them both. I'll probably do some experiementing and put hamburger and other things in them. It was so easy to make.

I changed the recipe a little by adding chopped mushroom, and substituted Egg Beaters for the egg. That allowed me to use Heavy Cream instead of milk. Also, I used Mozarella instead of Swiss. My husband LOVED this - called it a MAN-quiche!
