Heat oven to 375°F. Bake biscuits as directed on bag. Cool 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350°F. With serrated knife, cut biscuits horizontally in half. Place cut sides up on cookie sheet. Bake about 8 minutes or until cut sides are lightly toasted. Immediately remove biscuits from cookie sheet to cooling rack.
When cool, spread each biscuit with slightly less than 1 tablespoon guacamole. Top with 1 or 2 of the toppings.
