This recipe was quick and easy to make. I didn't have pie crusts on hand but used crescent rolls instead. I thought the recipe turned out really well. Definitely on my recipe rotation for sure.

We had this tonight for dinner. Very quick and easy to prepare. The hard part was waiting for it to bake while smelling the delicious smell. I did spice up the beef by adding Worcestershire and some basic herbs. Instead of adding 3 cups of potatoes, I cut back and added some frozen mixed veggies instead. Next time I'm going to give it a try with some white country gravy!

I made this tonight. It is fabulous. If you are a meat potatoes person this casserole is for you. Next time I am going to add some water chestnuts just for a little crunch.

I apologize I need to correct my review on the changes I made. I used homestyle can veggies plus I used ground sirloin instead of ground beef and I left out the onion due to onions were in the mix veggies.

I made this with a few changes but it still came out delicious to everyone. I used homestyle can veggies due to I wanted more veggies that was the only change and I will be making again. Thanks for sharing.

We love this recipe just the way it is. Delicious. Have made it several times. Great in the winter. I make my own crust.

my family loves this - I do agree, it is a little bland, but we added worcestshire sauce and sometimes change the veggies to whatever we have on hand. Leftover gravy works great and I've even used leftover pot roast in place of the ground beef. This is one thing my picky kids ask for at least once a month
