bag (19 oz) Green Giant® Create a Meal!® frozen stir-fry lo mein meal starter
1/3
cup water
2
tablespoons hoisin sauce
1
cup fresh bean sprouts

  • 1 In large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked. Drain.
  • 2 Add frozen sauce from packet in meal starter, water and hoisin sauce; mix well. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thawed.
  • 3 Stir in frozen vegetables and noodles from meal starter. Cover; cook 7 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • 4 Stir in bean sprouts. Cook 2 to 3 minutes longer, stirring occasionally, until sprouts are tender.

doegal: The "non-Pillsbury, low sodium" version - you can saute fresh or frozen (thawed) vegetables (broccoli, carrots, celery, etc) in olive oil, then stir in low-sodium soy or hoisin sauce. Cook the noodles in a separate pot, then stir in with the veggies and ground beef mixture. It's not out of a bag, but still easy to do, and you cut out a lot of the sodium!

I'm sure it's Great!! But I have family on LOW SODIUM DIET!! SOOOOOO, ALL YOUR PRE PACKAGED FOODS CAN'T BE USED IN MY HOME! WE HAVE TO MAKE FOOD FROM SCRATCH!! Why MUST U FAST FOOD PEOPLE USE SO MUCH SOUDIM ??? I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED EZ MEALS BUT NOT THAT WAY !!!! CAN'T USE YOUR QUICK MEALS!!1
