I bought a whole beef tenderloin and cut it into steaks but I had the tail left that I had cut into cubes and needed a good quick recipe that wouldn't ruin the beef. This fit the bill to a T!! I didn't have frozen onions but cut red onion into nice big chunks and also added red and green pepper chunks and zucchini. I served this with rice and would serve it again and again!!! (Because my steak pieces wouldn't take very long to cook and I like it medium rare...I cooked the veggies for about 5 mins first)
