Grilled Turkey Mexiburgers

lb. lean ground turkey

tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

teaspoon onion salt
1/4
teaspoon pepper

burger buns, split
2
oz. reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (1/2 cup)
1/4
cup Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa
  • 1 Heat grill. In medium bowl, mix ground turkey, parsley, onion salt and pepper. Shape mixture into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick. Place patties on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 11 to 13 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, turning once.
  • 2 Place 2 tablespoons cheese on each cooked patty. Place patties on bottom halves of buns. Top each with salsa and top halves of buns.
