Grilled Tuna with Fresh Mint

tablespoons chopped fresh mint

teaspoons olive oil or vegetable oil
1 1/2
teaspoons finely chopped garlic (2 to 3 cloves)

tuna steaks (4 oz each)

Directions

  1. 1 Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, stir mint, oil and garlic. Coat both sides of tuna with mint mixture. Refrigerate 15 minutes to marinate.
  2. 2 Place tuna on grill. Cover grill; cook over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until tuna flakes easily with fork, turning once.
