Ingredients

apricots, peeled, chopped

tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

teaspoon sugar
1/8
teaspoon garlic salt
1/2
teaspoon fresh lemon juice

(6-oz.) tuna steaks, well trimmed

Directions

  1. 1 Heat grill. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except tuna steaks; mix until sugar is dissolved. Cover; refrigerate.
  2. 2 When ready to grill, place tuna on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until tuna flakes easily with fork, turning once. Serve with apricot salsa.
