First I would use the pizza dough cut in a circle instead of the biscuit. I would spray it with olive oil and put on grill until grill marks show. Then I would mix together chopped grille chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, and salsa. Wrap in foil and place on grill until cheese melts. Add lettuce, onions, and sour cream.

I would put chopped green chili between the layers of the biscuits then grilled them. I would top with refried beans, seasoned ground beef and Asadero cheese until cheese is melted. Have lettuce, salsa and sour cream to be added.

I would warm the chicken strips on some heavy-duty foil on the grill. I would warm a half a can of refried beans in a small bowl in the microwave. I would flatten the biscuit, spray with cooking spray, and sprinkle with a little corn meal to add a little crunch. Then I would spread the top with some refried beans, add the chicken strips, some Monterey Jack cheese and the lettuce, salsa and sour cream.

I would suggest topping with a few slices of avocado or even with some guacamole! Perhaps flatten the biscuits a bit as well.

Use fine strips of steak in the place of chicken
