Grilled T-Bone Steaks with Red Hot Sauce

Steak

tablespoons olive oil

garlic cloves, minced

(6 to 8-oz.) beef T-bone steaks (1/2 inch thick), trimmed of fat

Sauce

1/2
cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4
cup chopped onion

tablespoons chili puree with garlic

Directions

  1. 1 GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. In small bowl, combine oil and garlic; mix well. Brush steaks with garlic mixture.
  2. 2 When ready to grill, place steaks on gas grill over medium-high heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals. Cook 10 to 20 minutes or until of desired doneness, turning once.
  3. 3 Meanwhile, in small microwave-safe bowl, combine all sauce ingredients; mix well. Microwave on HIGH for 30 to 40 seconds or until warm, stirring once halfway through cooking. Serve with steaks.
