GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. In medium shallow dish, combine all ingredients except shrimp; mix well. Add shrimp; stir to coat. Cover; let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes to marinate.
When ready to grill, arrange shrimp on 4 (12-inch) metal skewers; reserve marinade. Place shrimp on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals. Cook 4 to 6 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, turning once and brushing with marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
