Ingredients

1: lb. lean ground turkey

1/4: cup Progresso® Italian Style Bread Crumbs

2: tablespoons ketchup

1: teaspoon garlic-pepper blend

2: teaspoons finely chopped onion

4: (3/4-oz.) slices American cheese

4: burger buns, split

Directions

1 Heat grill. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese and buns; mix well. Shape mixture into 4 patties, 4 inches in diameter.
2 When ready to grill, carefully oil grill rack. Place patties on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 10 to 14 minutes or until patties are thoroughly cooked and no longer pink in center, turning once.
3 During last 1 to 2 minutes of cooking time, top each patty with cheese slice; cook until melted. If desired, also add buns to grill, cut sides down; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly toasted.
4 Serve patties in buns. If desired, top patties with lettuce, tomato and pickle slices.
