Ingredients

pouch (9 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy roasted garlic cooking sauce

tablespoon coarse-grained mustard

to 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2
lb salmon, skin removed, cut into 4 serving pieces
1/2
teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. 1 Heat gas or charcoal grill. In 1-quart saucepan, stir together cooking sauce and mustard with whisk. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until hot. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
  2. 2 Brush salmon with about 1 tablespoon of the oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Carefully brush remaining oil on grill rack. Place salmon on grill over medium-high heat. Cover grill; cook 10 to 14 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  3. 3 Serve salmon with roasted garlic sauce.
