Heat gas or charcoal grill. In 1-quart saucepan, stir together cooking sauce and mustard with whisk. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until hot. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
Brush salmon with about 1 tablespoon of the oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Carefully brush remaining oil on grill rack. Place salmon on grill over medium-high heat. Cover grill; cook 10 to 14 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Serve salmon with roasted garlic sauce.
