cooked for my husband birthday,he likes pork and I had most of the ingridients,used sugar free raspberry preserves,I liked the combinations,my husband was not to impress,next time I will not use the chiplote or adobo seasoning,I think it will be good, like to look at all your recipes,I always find something good, Thank you
