Ingredients

Pork Chops

(1/2-inch-thick) pork loin chops

teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4
to 1/2 teaspoon peppered seasoned salt

Spicy Corn

cups Green Giant™ Steamers™ Niblets® frozen corn, cooked, drained

cup chopped red onion

tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

tablespoon finely chopped fresh jalapeño chile

tablespoons lime juice

tablespoons olive oil

teaspoon cumin
1/4
teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon dried oregano leaves

Directions

  1. 1 Heat grill. Sprinkle pork chops with 1/2 teaspoon oregano and peppered seasoned salt.
  2. 2 When ready to grill, place pork chops on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 8 to 12 minutes or until pork chops are no longer pink in center, turning once.
  3. 3 Meanwhile, combine all spicy corn ingredients; mix well. Serve spicy corn with pork chops.
