Ingredients

Pork Chops

  • 4 (1/2-inch-thick) pork loin chops
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon peppered seasoned salt

Spicy Corn

  • 2 cups frozen corn, cooked, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh jalapeño chile
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

    Heat grill. Sprinkle pork chops with 1/2 teaspoon oregano and peppered seasoned salt.

    When ready to grill, place pork chops on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 8 to 12 minutes or until pork chops are no longer pink in center, turning once.

    Meanwhile, combine all spicy corn ingredients; mix well. Serve spicy corn with pork chops.
