GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. In medium bowl, combine all burger ingredients except buns; mix well. Shape mixture into 4 patties.
When ready to grill, place patties on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals; cover grill. Cook 10 to 12 minutes or until burgers are no longer pink in center, turning once.
To serve, place 1 cheese slice on each burger. Place burgers on bottom halves of buns. Top with salsa, sliced chiles and top halves of buns.
