These are really, really good. This is the first thing I've made in a long time that really surprised me because of how much my family enjoyed it. I doubled it and still didn't have enough. (I doubled all but the sauce, that went quite a long way.) I'm looking forward to trying a variety of sausages, cheeses and spices - very versatile. Thanks for a great recipe!
