Sauce

tablespoons spicy mustard

teaspoon soy sauce

Salad

boneless skinless chicken breast halves

teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon pepper

(10-oz.) pkg. mixed salad greens
1/2
cup purchased fat-free honey Dijon salad dressing

Directions

  1. 1 Heat grill. In small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients; blend well. Set aside.
  2. 2 When ready to grill, sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Brush chicken with sauce; cook 4 to 6 minutes.
  3. 3 Turn chicken; brush generously with remaining sauce. Cook an additional 4 to 6 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear.
  4. 4 In large bowl, combine salad greens and salad dressing; toss to mix. Cut chicken into strips or bite-sized pieces. Add chicken to salad; if desired, toss.
