Ingredients

Potatoes

tablespoons olive or vegetable oil

tablespoon chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes

tablespoon chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crumbled

teaspoon lemon pepper
1/4
teaspoon salt

small red potatoes, cut into fourths

Sour Cream Sauce

1/3
cup sour cream
1
tablespoon chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crumbled
1/4
teaspoon lemon pepper
1/8
teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. 1 Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. In large bowl, mix oil, parsley, 1 tablespoon rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper and the salt. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Place potatoes in grill basket (grill “wok”).
  2. 2 Cover and grill potatoes over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes, shaking basket or stirring potatoes occasionally, until tender.
  3. 3 In small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients. Serve with potatoes.
