I haven't tried this recipe yet, but have a tip....do not pull back the husks...just soak the corn in the husk in water for 2 hours, and place the ears on the grill. Grill until the husks begin to char. When you remove them from the grill, the silk (and I mean all the silk) will come off slick as a whistle when you remove the husks. No more picking silks out of your teeth. And the corn is wonderful!!! Then you can serve with your herb mixture, as in the recipe.
