has anyone made this in the oven as opposed to a grill?

To add a twist to this - double the butter and mustard and melt in a saucepan with chopped onions. Fold your tin foil so that you don't lose any of the mixture and pour generously over the top. Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is melted.
