Grilled Fruit Kabobs

Fruit gets caramelized on the grill when stacked into sweet kabobs. For an added bonus, melt chocolate chips for a dipping sauce on the side!

Juice of 1 lime (1 to 2 tablespoons)

  • 1 Heat gas or charcoal grill, or grill pan.
  • 2 Onto each wooden skewer, thread pineapple, strawberry, mango, strawberry and pineapple. Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Squeeze lime juice over fruit.
  • 3 Place on grill over medium heat. Cook 2 to 4 minutes, turning every 30 seconds, until fruit softens and grill marks appear.
