This recipe is GREAT, but I can make it even easier! There is no need to take the silks off before grilling. Heat grill to med-high heat, and place ears directly on coals, turning occasionally, for 35-45 minutes. The husks will char quite a bit, but the corn is perfectly roasted, and the silks just pull away with the husks. No more fighting to remove them all.
