Grilled Chicken Soft Tacos

tablespoons lime juice

teaspoons Montreal chicken grill seasoning

1/2 lb uncooked chicken breast tenders (not breaded)

container (8 oz) refrigerated salsa
1
large mango, seed removed, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2
teaspoons chipotle red pepper sauce

Old El Paso™ flour tortillas for soft tacos & fajitas (6 inch; from 8.2-oz package), heated as directed on package
Crumbled queso fresco or cotija (white Mexican) cheese, if desired
Shredded romaine lettuce, if desired

Directions

  1. 1 Heat gas or charcoal grill. In resealable food-storage plastic bag, mix oil, lime juice and grill seasoning. Add chicken; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 10 minutes, turning once.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix salsa, mango, cilantro and pepper sauce. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
  3. 3 Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Place chicken on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 12 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink in center. Serve chicken in tortillas with mango salsa. Sprinkle with cheese and lettuce.
