Grilled Cheese Waffles with Bacon and Avocado

can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Homestyle refrigerated original or buttermilk biscuits (8 biscuits)

slices bacon, cooked

tablespoons shredded pepper Jack or Cheddar cheese
8
teaspoons mashed avocado

Directions

  1. 1 Heat waffle maker to medium-high heat.
  2. 2 Separate dough into 8 biscuits; split each into 2 rounds.
  3. 3 Place 1 tablespoon cheese, 1 slice bacon and 1 teaspoon avocado on 1 round of each biscuit. Top each with remaining biscuit round; press edges lightly to seal.
  4. 4 Spray waffle maker with cooking spray. Place each filled biscuit in hot waffle maker (you can make 1 or 2 at a time depending on size of waffle maker). Close waffle maker; press down to seal edge of sandwich inside. Cook about 1 minute or until sandwich is golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
