Grilled Caesar Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

lb. lean ground turkey

tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

teaspoon onion salt

teaspoon pepper

cup purchased reduced-fat creamy Caesar salad dressing
1 1/2
cups shredded romaine lettuce

oz. (1/4 cup) shredded fresh Parmesan cheese

kaiser or whole grain buns, split
4
thin slices tomato

Directions

  1. 1 Heat closed contact grill for 5 minutes.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine ground turkey, parsley, onion salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of the salad dressing; mix well. Shape mixture into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick.
  3. 3 When grill is heated, place patties on bottom grill surface. Close grill; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until patties are no longer pink in center.
  4. 4 In small bowl, combine lettuce, cheese and remaining salad dressing; toss to mix. Spoon mixture evenly onto bottom halves of buns. Top with patties, tomato slices and top halves of buns.
