The first time I ever made a recipe come out looking just like the picture. I didn't use the contact grill to cook the meat and veggies in, I cooked the stuff in a fry pan first, transferred to a bowl, and filled the tortillas that way as I am not proficient on the contact grill yet. It came out delicious regardless. I def will make again.

You were right, This was fast, easy and really good! I even tried it with shredded cheddar inside, and had the sour cream and salsa on the side, this was also really good. I did have to use low carb fajita size tortillas, but I doubt they changed the taste, and they work well.I am giving this recipe to my son. He loves his contact grill and he loves food fast and I know he will love this recipe.
