Grilled Asian Turkey Patties

lb lean ground turkey breast

cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1/4
cup chopped green onions (4 medium)
1/4
cup finely chopped red bell pepper (1/4 medium)

tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce

teaspoon chopped garlic in water (from 4.5-oz jar)

tablespoon teriyaki baste and glaze (from 12-oz bottle)

Directions

  1. 1 Heat closed contact grill for 5 minutes.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, in large bowl, mix all ingredients except teriyaki baste and glaze. Shape mixture into 6 patties, 1/2 inch thick.
  3. 3 When grill is heated, place patties on bottom grill surface. Close grill; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until patties are no longer pink in center.
  4. 4 Spread 1/2 teaspoon teriyaki baste and glaze on each patty.
