Grilled Apple Salad with Vanilla Yogurt

large apples, cored and cut into 1/2-inch slices

cups baby spring field greens
2
containers (5.3 oz each) Yoplait® Greek vanilla yogurt
2
tablespoons chopped walnuts, toasted
Additional ground cinnamon, if desired

Directions

  1. 1 Heat gas or charcoal grill.
  2. 2 In large bowl, mix melted butter and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Add apple slices; stir until apples are well coated.
  3. 3 Place apples on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook apples 5 minutes. Turn apples; grill 3 to 5 minutes longer or until apples are desired tenderness.
  4. 4 Divide greens evenly among 4 serving plates. Divide apples evenly over greens. Top each with half a container (about 1/4 cup) yogurt. Sprinkle with walnuts and additional cinnamon.
