cups baby spring field greens

containers (5.3 oz each) Yoplait® Greek vanilla yogurt

tablespoons chopped walnuts, toasted

  • 1 Heat gas or charcoal grill.
  • 2 In large bowl, mix melted butter and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Add apple slices; stir until apples are well coated.
  • 3 Place apples on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook apples 5 minutes. Turn apples; grill 3 to 5 minutes longer or until apples are desired tenderness.
  • 4 Divide greens evenly among 4 serving plates. Divide apples evenly over greens. Top each with half a container (about 1/4 cup) yogurt. Sprinkle with walnuts and additional cinnamon.

Expert Tips

To toast walnuts, heat oven to 350°F. Spread walnuts in ungreased shallow pan. Bake uncovered 6 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until light brown. Or, sprinkle in ungreased heavy skillet. Cook over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently until walnuts begin to brown, then stirring constantly until walnuts are light brown.

Serve this salad alongside grilled pork chops or pork tenderloin.
