Ingredients

(10-oz.) pkg. Green Giant™ Frozen Cheesy Rice & Broccoli
1/2
cup frozen diced cooked chicken breast

medium flour tortillas

cups shredded lettuce
2
oz. (1/2 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
4
tablespoons salsa

Directions

  1. 1 Open rice pouch; combine rice mixture and chicken in large skillet. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.*
  2. 2 Meanwhile, heat tortillas as directed on package.
  3. 3 Place 1/2 cup of lettuce on each tortilla, spoon about 1/3 cup mixture on top of lettuce. Sprinkle with cheese and 1 tablespoon salsa. Fold up bottom; fold sides in to enclose filling.
