We were SO pleased with this recipe!! The meat was perfectly seasoned and pulled apart so easily. There was a touch of heat, which was wonderful, and the added rice really made this dish perfect! This has been added to our winter dinner menu and will be a favorite in our house. You won't be disappointed!!

This is the best Swiss Steak I have ever tasted or made. I think this will be the recipe for me from now on. It definitely is a keeper.

This recipe is the "bomb"! It was so easy to prepare and oh, what a taste. It had quite a bite to it...and was fabulous served with white rice.
