EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Use regular chili powder in place of chipotle chili pepper powder for less heat.

The poblano chile is triangle- or heart-shaped, about 2 1/2 to 3 inches across at its widest part and 4 to 5 inches long. It's dark green in color—sometimes almost black—and ranges from mild to hot in flavor.

My husband and I loved this. I didn't have the chipotle pepper powder, so I substituted chili powder and it was just as good. I cooked on high for about 2 hours and on low for about 3. The pork was very tender. Would definitely recommend this!

So good and very easy, this takes all of two minutes in the morning and is absolutely delicious! Be careful of which green chile sauce you purchase if you are not a fan of spicy foods.

This was very good and easy to make. I invited my mom (who loves pulled pork) over for dinner and she loved it. I will be making this again.
