This recipie was awsom. In the future, my daughter and I both plan to make this again. We plan to try some other ingredients as well. Some suggestions were spinach and four cheese, cream cheese with chives or with spinach, artichoke hearts and a cheese of choice. We will use the original again and again, plus variations. Easy and everyone right down to my 4 year old grandson loved them. Also used the egg suggestion.......they looked great.

I love these! I have found that the filling stays in best if you put a little egg wash (1 egg with 1t. water) on the edges before you crimp them with the fork. Then use the rest of the egg wash and brush it on top for a beautiful brown shiny crust!!

I just love this recipe. I have now made them twice to rave reviews and so easy! The only problem I had with the foldovers was the luscious cheesy mixture oozed out. I pinched the edges together and them sealed them with the fork but it still came out. HOWEVER, they were still delicious and I will make them again and again.
