Greek-Style Green Beans

Ingredients

lb fresh green beans, trimmed

tablespoon olive oil
1
cup grape tomatoes, halved
1
tablespoon chopped fresh oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (2 oz)

Directions

  1. 1 In 4-quart saucepan, place steamer basket. Add 1 cup water; heat to boiling. Add green beans to basket. Cover; cook 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  2. 2 In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add green beans, tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook 30 to 60 seconds or just until tomatoes are heated. Sprinkle with cheese.
