I would add more cheese, less oregano, and possibly almonds or walnuts. Overall a very good meal!!

This is a great lunch. I added a little sprinkle of brie and it was fantastic.

This worked great as a cold salad! I didn't have any oregano, but substituted some dill (which I love). I added 1/2 the feta when the pasta was warm to slightly melt it then added the rest once cool. I think smaller shrimp would work better, and will adjust accordingly when I make again. On the whole, good recipe!

This dish was great - light, summery, easy! I tweaked it a bit and added some red onion, and red pepper to add more color and interest. I also squeezed fresh lemon over it before I served it, and that freshened it up a lot!
