Ingredients

(15-oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained, rinsed

small garlic cloves

tablespoons skim milk
2
tablespoons fresh lemon juice
6
(8-inch) pita (pocket) breads

large tomato, chopped

oz. (1 cup) crumbled basil and tomato-flavored feta cheese
1/4
cup sliced ripe olives
2
tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 425°F. In food processor bowl with metal blade or blender container, combine beans, garlic, milk and lemon juice; cover and process until smooth.
  2. 2 Spread about 3 tablespoons mixture onto each pita bread. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Top each with tomato, cheese, olives and parsley.
  3. 3 Bake at 425°F. for 5 minutes or until pizzas are thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
