WONDERFUL, I ended up doubling it because I had a pound of beef, so I doubled it and made it more into a stew (didn't double the liquid)

Made this soup today. My husband, who is a great chef himself, can't stop raving about this recipe! Delicious and a real keeper! Perfect on a cold, wintry Sunday afternoon with a loaf of hot bread!!
