I've been making this for years and absolutely love it. Don't skip the oregano, it makes the dish! I actually keep a jar of the frozen oregano handy just for this recipe. I've gotten lazy over the years and started using Stacey's pita chips instead of making the homemade ones. It works fine, although the homemade ones are a tad better. It does make quite a bit, but I don't mind having to eat leftovers!

No oven required for this quick and easy dip. Great for summer parties. Light and fresh flavors.

Have made this recipe again and again for holidays, showers, etc. and every time am asked for it. Posted it on FB last time as I was getting the requests right away. It is SO YUMMY and bursts with Greek flavors. I use Greek olives instead of black for even more bang. I'll try adding pepperoncini peppers to half next time too.

This recipe was a big hit when I made it for a family party. Everyone wanted the recipe and I have been asked to make it again and again. It is quick and easy so my kids love making it too! This will definately be a family tradition for us now.

Yummy! I love Greek foods and this dip is absolutely delicious. I made it for an office party and got rave reviews. Adding the julienne beets as a garnish makes it a lot like the Greek Salad from one of my favorite restaurants in Tarpon Springs, Florida. It is also good with a green onion sliced (Top and all) sprinkled over the top.

I have been making this recipe for several years now and there hasn't been a time that people have raved about it and demanded the recipe. Furthermore, those who have made it and taken it other get togethers, receive the same rave reviews and demands for copies of the recipe. This Greek Layered Dip has been the most requested recipe I have ever had. What I especially like is how easy it is to make it your own. I have added mild peppers, and julienne beets and even green olives. It is fun and delicious no matter how you make it. I LOVE it!
