Greek Flatbread Squares

Ingredients

can (11 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated thin pizza crust

cup Greek dressing
1/2
cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
1/4
cup halved pitted kalamata olives
1
medium red onion, chopped (1 cup)

jar (7 oz) roasted red bell peppers, drained, sliced
1
cup crumbled feta cheese (4 oz)
Fresh oregano leaves, if desired

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. Unroll dough; place in pan. Starting at center, press out dough to edge of pan.
  2. 2 Drizzle 3 tablespoons of the dressing over dough. Top with tomatoes, olives, onion, roasted peppers and cheese.
  3. 3 Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Drizzle with remaining 1 tablespoon dressing. Sprinkle with oregano. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.
