I made this last night for a couple friends. I felt a bit deceived, I didn't expect all the chopping and prep work to take so long. Also surprised by how expensive ingredients turned out to be since I don't keep the olives, sundried tomatoes and feta in the house. But it came out delicious, everyone enjoyed it. Would definitely consider making again.

Just made this recipe,(1 1/2 times),for family including 4 teenagers. They LOVED it!Actually put it together day before and refrigerated it, covered. Reheated it about one hour,at 350 degrees, adding a touch of chicken broth on top so it wouldn't dry out. Also covered it lightly with foil. PERFECT! Just a smidgen left over. Certainly will make again. Now will copy the recipe for "two" since it's just my husband and me most of the time.

Very good recipe! There were no leftovers. I omitted the tomatoes entirely and it still tasted amazing. I also used regular artichokes rather than marinated because I was worried flavors may clash depending on the marinate. Any tube pasta works (I used rigatoni since I was out of penne). Will be making again!

This recipe was great! I used half the onion and forgot the tomatoes. It still turned out great! Using the rotisserie chicken makes this such a sinch too!

I tried this recipe tonight and It was fantastic! Although I do admit I tweaked mine. Instead of using olives and sun dried tomatoes I added fresh broccoli then when chopping parsley I added fresh garlic too. Diced tomatoes worked just as well also. Only did I add a small amount of grated parm cheese. A well flavored marriage and aromas!

This was a girls weekend recipe and it was awesome. I now cook it at home for my family about once every month or so. Served with a salad, and everybody's happy.
